Ⅰ、Introduction
The device is to be used as corollary equipment to provide large-power water-cooling silicon rectifying equipments and variable frequency equipments with protection by cooling them.
The device delivers pure water (deionized water) steadily at rated temperature, pressure and flow to the primary equipment to avoid scaling and electro corrosion of the cooling conduit of the primary equipment, thus ensuring safe and reliable operation of the equipment at rated temperature range. Ⅲ、Principle of structure
Cooling device
The device consists of heat exchangers, pump sets, ion exchangers, pipeline, low punch expansion water tank and electrical control box. The principle of device is shown in diagram 1. The heat-carrying pure water from the primary equipment passes the low punch expansion water tank and
the steam trap successively, and after being pressurized by the working pump,enters the heat
exchanger to pass on its heat to secondary cooling water by partition wall type heat-transfer through the automatic diverting valve V15 and the inlet valve of heat exchanger (pressure regulating valve) V16 or V17. The cooled pure water flows through the outlet of our device and the connection pipeline to enter the cooling conduit of the primary equipment to absorb heat and returns to our device. The whole procedure goes round and round and form a closed loop. At the same time, the secondary cooling water with absorbed heat from the heat exchanger flows out.
As affected by various factors during circulation, quality of pure water decreases gradually, an ion exchanger bypass for the main loop is set to replenish the loop with high-purity water so as to ensure the quality of the pure water in the main loop. MB20-containing ion exchanger makes high water in mixed-bed way.
The motive part of this device is of twin pump design. One pump is spare for the other alternatively. Automatic changeover circuit and automatic inverted valve are adopted. If by any chance the working pump is overload, the working circuit will change over at once and the spare pump will go into operation at the same ti le. The inverted valve will change the direction of f10w automaticallyno manual operation needed and water pressure will be restored instantaneously. ln additionThe failure pump can be repaired without shutdown
